Once again, this week has seen a lot of great articles about both freelancing and writing.  I’ve managed to pick out just a few to share with you.  Have a great weekend, and don’t forget to leave your computer occasionally. 

• Remember how I told you recently about Char’s WordPress for Dummies contest over at Casual Keystrokes?  Well, I won!  I am so completely stoked about reading this book.
• In light of recent conversations about whether men are represented in the WAHM world, I thought I’d add a link to Bootstrapper’s most current list, “50 Useful Blogs for Work-at-Home Dads.”
• Joanna at Confident Writing wants to know “Why Do You Ask for My Comments?”  I think this could be a really interesting conversation about if/why/when you respond to comments left on your blog.
• If you’re new to freelancing like we are, then you’re probably figuring out the annual cycle of how this whole thing works.  Thanks to Deb Ng for her post “9 Things Freelancers Should Do Before the End of the Year.”
• After you’ve followed that advice on how to wrap up 2007, check out what Dave has to say on “How to Prepare Your Business for a Kick-A$$ 2008.”
• Tamara talked a little this week about how “Just Because You Can Type, It Doesn’t Mean You’re a Writer.”  For another take on the same topic (well, it’s a similar take), visit Freelance Writing Jobs’ post “Freelance Writing:  Not Everyone Can Do It.” 
• If you’re interested in improving your skills so you can legitimately call yourself a writer, you might want to look over Michele Tune’s list of “5 Resources to Enhance Your Grammar” over at Writing the Cyber Highway.  (Ohhhh.  Writing = Riding!  I just now got that!)
