I upgraded to WordPress 2.2 this weekend with the help of Steve Johnson. We’re still trying to get the right permalinks back because they were originally set up with a plugin with my crappy old hosting company. But if you experience any other weirdness, please drop me a line to let us know! ![]()
So why would you want to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress?
The main reason (besides ongoing security improvements) I wanted to upgrade was because I’ve been getting used to using the really great text editor on my other blogs:

I was feeling spoiled by being able to get to the post code easily and having the ability to create SEO-friendly subheadings on the fly. Plus, there’s now those nifty tools to clean up the code when you copy and paste from Outlook or Word (actually that happened in version 2.1, but I was still running 2.02).
